Showcase your business at the Dog Show!

Join the vibrant atmosphere of our Dog Show with a stall reservation! We host around 60 stalls annually, including 14 catering spots. Drawing up to 5,000 visitors per event from the local affluent area, it’s a prime opportunity to showcase your offerings to a diverse audience.

Pitch options

Choose between standard (3m x 3m) and large (3m x 6m) pitch sizes. Whether you’re a seasoned business or a fresh face, our show provides an excellent platform to pamper both pet enthusiasts and their furry friends.

Important note on pitches

Pitch spaces are highly sought after and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment. Please understand that, as volunteers, our responsiveness may be slower from October to January, as our formal preparations for The Dog Show commence in January each year. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Volunteer at the show!

The Chiswick House Dog Show is not just a show; it’s an event made possible by around 150 dedicated volunteers each year. If you’re ready to be part of the magic, lend us a few hours of your time on Show Day – we would love to have you on board!

Show Setup and Traffic Management (7 am – 11 am) & De-rigging (4 pm): Physical work involving setting up gazebos, flags, signs, and more.

Class Registration Desk (9 am – 4:30 pm): Check-in dogs and owners, set up, or de-rig the registration desk.

Show Stewards (10 am – 5 pm): Assist visitors, both human and canine, ensuring safety and providing water for dogs.

Bar Service (8:30 am – 4:30 pm): Volunteers over 25 can assist in serving at the bar.

Charity Bucket Rattlers (11 am – 5:30 pm): Individuals or pairs, adults, or children, raising funds for charity.

Ring Runners and Ring Stewards (10:30 am – 3:45 pm): Young volunteers over 9 assisting with show classes.

Photographers for Competition Rings (11 am – 4:15 pm): Capture the excitement in our competition rings.

Young Volunteers: Various roles exclusively for children, fostering a love for volunteering.

Canine Volunteers: While dogs can’t volunteer directly, they can contribute by handing out programmes and shaking charity buckets.

Important notes for volunteers

  • Child volunteers under 14 should have a responsible adult present.
  • Volunteers under 8 should volunteer with a responsible adult.
  • For Health and Safety reasons, NO dogs are allowed on the Cricket Pitch during set-up from 7 – 10.30 am, and break-down from 4.15pm onwards. This includes volunteers’ dogs.
  • Dogs are welcome on the Cricket Pitch during the Show but must be kept on a short lead.

Ready to volunteer?

After completing the form, your details will come to Caroline, our Volunteer Coordinator (volunteer@chiswickhousedogshow.org.uk). She allocates roles and sets up timetables during the summer, finalising them in early September. If your availability changes, let us know, as every volunteer is crucial, and for children’s roles, we maintain a waiting list.
